Culture is the totality of the material and spiritual characteristics a society produces throughout history and transmits from generation to generation. This whole constitutes the identity of that society and determines the way of life and thought that distinguishes it from other societies. Culture manifests itself through traditions such as customs, traditions, and language, and provides individuals with established behavioral patterns that maintain social order.Values, the fundamental elements of culture, are learned and adopted by new members of society through education and training. This transmission process strengthens the continuity of society and the sense of self, ensuring social solidarity.Culture provides a society with an identity and also forms the basis of social order by guiding individual behavior. Ultimately, culture is a natural social entity that preserves the essence and identity of a nation, emerging and developing within life.

Cultural integration is the process by which individuals or groups from diverse cultural backgrounds adapt to the cultural norms and values of a new or host society while preserving their own identities. This process, unlike assimilation (the complete loss of one’s own culture), recognizes the right of immigrants to maintain their cultural characteristics while simultaneously encouraging their contribution to the overall structure of society. Opening channels for socio-economic integration, such as language learning and access to education and employment opportunities, is crucial for successful.Integration isn’t a one-sided effort; it also requires the host society to encourage intercultural dialogue and mutual recognition. This integration strengthens the ideal of coexistence in society, helps prevent discrimination, adds new perspectives enrichment to both individuals society. In this way, we can understand each other and learn from each other, creating a more livable world.

Social cohesion refers to the integration of diverse cultural and ethnic groups around shared values while living together. A sense of community is strengthened by individuals developing mutual trust, a sense of belonging, and a desire to serve a common purpose. To enhance this sense, activities that encourage direct interaction between different groups and foster collaboration toward common goals should be organized. Developing interaction and communication capacity directly contributes to reducing intergroup prejudice and increasing mutual acceptance. These efforts, which strengthen social cohesion, support all segments of society in establishing positive relationships with one another and developing social skills such as sharing and cooperation. A strong sense of community makes individuals feel valued and belong, laying the foundation for a more resilient, cooperative, and peaceful social life.Belonging is most important factor that facilitates the adaptation process.
Our mission
The primary mission of our project is to build a more inclusive and harmonious society by fostering understanding, cooperation, and social cohesion among diverse cultural groups. In this context, one of the project’s main objectives is to support the successful cultural integration of immigrants into the society they live in. The aim is to provide newly arrived immigrants with a comprehensive cultural orientation program on the traditions, customs, laws, and values of the host country. This orientation will facilitate immigrants from diverse cultures in understanding and respecting the cultural norms of their new society.Furthermore, it aims to foster an environment where immigrants can maintain and express their cultural identities without fear of discrimination. The project aims to create an environment that values diversity, fosters inclusion, and lays the groundwork for successful integration. It will minimize immigrants’ feelings of cultural and social alienation and enable them to develop a shared sense of belonging within society. By establishing an effective communication network between immigrant communities in Europe, it will support immigrants facing similar challenges in developing collective solutions.
